Returns 

Articles that have not been used and that are in mint condition can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please download the return-document from our website and send it togeher with the article to TSG Logistics t.a.v. Lily Balou, Allée de Salmonsart 1, 7090 Braine-le-Comte, Belgium. As soon as we have received your article in good order, we will evaluate the return.
Items cannot be exchanged, only returned. If you want a different size or model, you can place a new order on our webshop.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about one of the delivered articles you can send an email to webshop@lilybalou.be. Please describe your complaint accurately, including a photo and order number. We will do our best to give you an answer within 2 working days with information about the handling of your complaint.
